Griffith Brinkley, Marvin McDougal and Roy Orsborne operate and manage our Chesapeake location and the field. Brandon Shearin and Debbie Lacy complete our office staff. We are committed to providing, at a minimum, the same quality service and response you are accustomed to. We firmly believe in providing the customer with the utmost quality and fast response for any and all of your fire protection needs.
Griffith entered the fire protection industries in 1996. Through AFSA apprentice school and training, he advanced through field foreman. Griff gained experience as a design technician and progressed to estimating and sales. He is NICET Level IV certified in design and has also attained NICET Level III in inspection and testing.
Marvin McDougal began work in the fire protection industry in 1976 as a helper/fitter and through training and education has progressed through AFSA apprenticeships to foreman. He has achieved NICET Level II certification in Inspection Testing and over fifteen years of experience in inspecting fire protection systems and directly oversees the Inspections Division.
Roy has worked in fire protection services since 1987. He has completed AFSA apprenticeship in Fire Sprinklers and Virginia apprenticeship in Pipe Fitter. His experience includes many aspects of construction and service and he has achieved NICET Level III certification in Inspection and Testing and he is Virginia State Prevention Backflow Testing Certified. Roy directly oversees field operations and emergency services.
Brandon started working in the fire protection industry in 2001. He completed the AFSA Apprentice Program in Sprinkler Fitter training and worked as a Field Foreman prior to transition into the office. Brandon works in estimating and sales, and is NICET Level II certified in design.
Debbie Lacy has over thirty years experience as an administrative assistant in a variety of businesses in the construction industry, the last thirteen years in the fire sprinkler industry.
Jim began work in the fire protection industry in 1986. He completed the AFSA Apprentice Program in Fitter training in addition to their Foreman training program. He has also received certification as a Backflow Device Tester. Jim works in the field performing installations, inspections, and service.
